A private assistant operated by Stephen Allinson to help review email, plan around appointments, and organize personal tasks and notes.
How Google access is used
The assistant searches and reads authorized Gmail messages to identify relevant information and action items. It reads Google Calendar events to support daily briefings and planning. Useful results may be saved in Stephen’s private notes and task system.
Gmail access is read-only. The current Calendar authorization permits event access, including writes, but this deployment’s operating instructions prohibit calendar changes.
Private operation
The assistant runs on privately managed infrastructure and can use external AI providers through OpenRouter to process relevant context. The privacy policy explains those transfers and how data is retained.
